Somalia’s deputy Premier Mohamed Arte Qaalib has said that Federal Gov’t is scheduling to rebuild its strong troops following a civil war that descended Somalia into chaos and turmoil.
The PM who is touring in Adaado has met administration heads and the police chiefs to discus on the development, urging regional states to prepare their troops for national combination.
He said that regional states and the Federal Gov’t agreed to collaborate in troop’s restructure as Somali militants heap on their Islamic insurgency in the country.
Somalia signed a milatry agreement with the Turkish Gov’t to train and equib Somali troops and in return Turkish would set up a military base in the Somali capital Mogadishu.
