The district commissioner of Beledweyne Mohamed Osman Mo’alin they have launched an effort to end the ongoing clan fight in the city’s western site.
He said Djibouti peacekeepers, local traditional elders, civil society groups and his administration is taking part the joint effort to defuse the tribal clashes.
