The president of the semi-autonomous state of Galmudug Abdikarim Hussein Guled has fired his interior and local governments minister Jama Hassan Salad.
According to degree dated 12 January issued from the office of the president, Mr Guled has appointed Mohamed Hayir Nur as the new minster of interior for Galmudug, replacing Salad.
