Turkish president Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, along his wife has arrived in Mogadishu, the capital of the horn of Africa Somalia on Friday morning.
High-level officials from the federal government of Somalia, spearheading by president Hassan Sheikh Mohamud has welcomes Turkish president at Aden Adde International Airport under tight security.
Erdogan’s visit to Somalia becomes third visit in the country in less than five years.
During his stay in Mogadishu, Turkish president Recep Tayyip Erdoğan is expected to open the newly built beachfront Turkish Embassy in the capital.
