AMISOM troops kill four civilians in Bus attack

The African Union troops have attacked a passenger bus, and executed four unarmed civilians, including 80-year-old woman in Lower Shabelle region of southern Somalia on Saturday.

The Uganda soldiers serving with African Union mission in Somalia have committed the execution of the innocent civilians who were from same family, according to a relative who spoke to South west  based independent station Idalenews.com

The bus attack took place on Saturday morning at an area near Bulo Mareer town in Lower Shabelle region which is under the control of Somali federal government troops and AMISOM soldiers.

The UN-mandated African Union Mission in Somalia (AMISOM) which began in 2007 has been accused of committing crimes against humanity, including killings unarmed civilians, elders and rape against vulnerable women.
