Ali Mohamud Farah known as (Ali Seeko) has accused of 2016 election laxity after the political parties have been barred from making their election campaigns in Mogadishu.

“At this time in 2012, there was campaign for the election that has been felt in the capital, and elsewhere in the country,” said Alii Seeko during an interview with Local Media.

On the other hand, the Somali politician said the federal government forces began blocking the traditional elders to hold political meetings in Mogadishu, to discuss the elections.

The politician’s accusation comes as Somalia is approaching a critical period of general elections due to be held in August and September, later this year.
