A hotel on the main road to Mogadishu port is under attack from AlShabaab fighters.
According to Somali security sources near the incident, an unidentifiable number of AlShabaab fighters have entered Nasa Hablood One Hotel after first using a car laden with explosives to attack its front entrance.
The Somali security forces are already at the scene and more are scrambling to assist them in an attempt to limit the damage and save civilian lives.
As we report, there is heavy exchange of gunfire and another major explosion has just gone off.
