General Mohamed Sheikh Hassan Hamud has openly recommended to the Somali youth not to be hugely and more closely preoccupied with the live in Europe and tried to convince them to join the Somali armed forces as he hopefully pledged their basic rights will be met at at the army.
The current government is learning to move forward and will be more better than today’s experience in the next year, he said, adding that they are in an absolute effort to making sure that demands and needs of police forces will arguably be fulfilled.
Hamud was speaking at a weekly event participated by the Banadir region administration and the regional police officials from the rest of country’s regions that is usually aimed at discussing on security and the close co-ordination between the Somali police in the nationwide.
He called the Somali youth not to immigrate into another country for seeking a better life and leave their country behind as 17 goats were donated to him by the deputy governor of Banadir region and the DC of Yaqshid also donated a camel to him during the event.
