Kismayo(INO)-Reports from Kismayo say at least three civilians were killed in Kismayo. It is not clear why they were targeted and killed.
Peacemaker, Hassan Hussein Naaleeye who lives in Kismayo told Local Media on the line to Kismayo that the deaths of the three civilians who were killed in the last 24 hours were confirmed. The peacemaker however blamed the interim Jubaland State administration for the killings.
On several occasions, the administration there was accused for extra judicial killings but the administration there denied any wrongdoing. Also, the federal government doesn’t say much about the killings in the further south regions such as Lower Juba.
