President Hassan pledges to complete job once re-elected

President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud of Somalia has reiterated that he will complete all the projects that government has embarked on since 2012 once he is re-elected in office.

The outgoing Somalia’s federal government president spoke out about his re-election hope as the country is nearing to hold a presidential election this month.

President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud who announced his candidacy for presidential election this week said he will shape new Somalia, if he is elected for second time in office.

Mohamud has asked the new MPs of the federal parliament to vote for him in the coming election, pledging to fulfill the job his government has been doing in the past four years.

Somali president Hassan Sheikh Mohamud has made significant strides to improve security, infrastructure, international relations and good governance during his 4-year tenure which expired last Sep.
