Madaxweyne Xasan oo soo saaray wareegto ku saabsan habraaca hawlaha dowladda ee waqtiyada doorashada 2016

Muqdisho(INO)- Madaxweynaha Jamhuuriyadda Federaalka Soomaaliya, Mudane Xasan Sheekh Maxamuud, ayaa soo saaray wareegto ku saabsan habraaca shaqada dowladda ee waqtiyada doorashada.

Wareegtadan aya khuseysa sidii loo ilaalin lahaa hannaanka iyo geedi socodka doorashooyinka, iyadoo la isku diyaarinayo doorashada xildhibaanada labada aqal iyo doorashada Madaxweynaha.

Sida ku xusan Dastuurka KMG ee dalka, Madaxweynuhu waa ilaaliyaha midnimada iyo shuruucda waddanka, sidaa darteed iyadoo taasi la eegayo, isla markaana uu Madaxweynuhu tixgelinayo go’aankii Madasha Hoggaanka Qarankaee 9-kii bishii August, 2016 ayaa waxaa uu soo saaray awaamiirta soo socota:

1)—Laga billaabo maalinta ay taariikhda ku beegan tahay 5-ta September, 2016, iyadoo hawl maalmeedka dowladda ee ah u adeegidda shacabka sidii caadiga ahayd loo wadayo, ayaa haddana waxaa la joojiyay:

a)—Magacaabista ama shaqo ka joojinta jagooyinka sare ee dowladda iyo dallacsiinta saraakiisha Ciidammada Qalabka Sida.

b)— Lama bedeli karo qaab dhismeedka hadda jira ee hay’adaha dowladda oo dhan.

c)— Lama bixin karo kharajyada aan ku jirin habraaca miisaaniyadda 2016, marka laga reebo kharajka boqolkiiba afartan ah (40%) oo dowladda kaga soo aadday kabista dhaqaalaha doorashooyinka iyo kharajyadii kale ee lagama maarmaan loogu arko habsami u socodka hawlaha dowladda.

d)— Lama geli karo heshiisyo iyo qandaraasyo cusub oo aan ka ahayn kuwii horay u socday. Sidoo kale lama geli karo ballanqaadyo kharash la xiriira.

2)—Awaamiirtan ma khuseyn doonto hawlaha ay fulintooda socdeen intii ka horeysay 05/09/2016 (Shanta September).

3)—Awaamiirtan waxay socon doontaa ilaa 5-ta November 2016.

4)—Waxaa dhammaan hay’adaha fulinta ee dowladda ee wareegtadan loo gudbiyay la farayaa inay awaamiirtan dhaqan-geliyaaan, iyagoo tixgelinaya marxaladda lagu jiro iyo hannaanka geedi socodka doorashooyinka.
